The way the sun pours in through a window and dances on freckled, crinkly, laughing noses, or dapples between tree leaves onto picnic blanket snugs – these are the moments I admire and photograph, while you’re not paying attention so it’s all natural.
The photos I take of you won’t be overly posed; I like to capture the purity of heartfelt connections and real life moments.
There was a black and white portrait book based on strangers walking through Central Park, NY, at my primary school library, and that’s how I got hooked – the day I visited Central Park 11 years later was very emotional!
I studied both film and digital photography, and have been a portrait photographer for over 10 years. As well as photographing families and weddings, I teach Beginner Photography, and provide family portraits for The Dreams Project, based out of Greenwich Hospital, Sydney.
Outside of photography, I’m addicted to coffee and chocolate (who isn’t?!), am obsessed with my corgi puppy, and I’m a self-confessed crazy plant lady.
